Who works a lot, must also rest a lot. That's why every employee has five weeks a year to rest. You can use the time for holidays, sports or other activities. In addition, you can take advantage of special offers from our partners for these activities.

Because we believe that the health of our employees is paramount, we have established our own medical home. In addition, every employee receives a contribution at the beginning of the year to use the services of the MŮJ LÉKAŘ clinic, which offers a full range of rehabilitation services, a wide range of massages, superior dental care including dental hygiene, ophthalmologist care and a team of general doctors. 

Not feeling yourself? It happens, and we take it into account. We give you two sick days every year, which you can use when you’re feeling unwell or starting to get sick. For more experienced colleagues who have already celebrated their 50th birthday, we add one more day.

You can count on a meal allowance for every day at work. And to save you having to carry your lunch to work, you can eat in our own canteen right on the premises of Česká Zbrojovka. Every day you can choose from at least four main meals and two soups.

If you don’t choose anything in our canteen, don’t worry, you won’t lose your contribution. It will automatically be added to your electronic meal card. You can use it in restaurants and when buying food in most shops.

Benefit Café is like a cafeteria plan – it's an internal benefit system to which every employee of Česká zbrojovka has access. This system allows you to receive electronic meal vouchers, special rewards, a contribution to our own medical house, or information about discounted offers from our partners.

For technical and business positions we offer the possibility of occasional work from home. You set the number of days at home-office according to your workload and agreement with your manager.

We appreciate it when you help the people around you. For every blood donation, we will give you a contribution of CZK 150 to your benefit account in addition to a free day

Birthdays should be celebrated! On your 50th birthday, in addition to a gift in kind and a memento of Česká zbrojovka, we will also give you a reward for each year of service.

We’ll reward you for your work at Česká Zbrojovka when you retire. The longer you've been employed with us, the greater the reward you'll receive.
