Who works a lot, must also rest a lot. That's why every employee has five weeks a year to rest. You can use the time for holidays, sports or other activities. In addition, you can take advantage of special offers from our partners for these activities.

Because we believe that the health of our employees is paramount, we have established our own medical home. In addition, every employee receives a contribution at the beginning of the year to use the services of the MŮJ LÉKAŘ clinic, which offers a full range of rehabilitation services, a wide range of massages, superior dental care including dental hygiene, ophthalmologist care and a team of general doctors. 

Not feeling yourself? It happens, and we take it into account. We give you two sick days every year, which you can use when you’re feeling unwell or starting to get sick. For more experienced colleagues who have already celebrated their 50th birthday, we add one more day.

You can count on a meal allowance for every day at work. And to save you having to carry your lunch to work, you can eat in our own canteen right on the premises of Česká Zbrojovka. Every day you can choose from at least four main meals and two soups.

Benefit Café is like a cafeteria plan – it's an internal benefit system to which every employee of Česká zbrojovka has access. Work from the office or from home? Both. For technical and business positions (THP) and select non-manufacturing positions, you can choose whichever works best for you. You set the number of home office days based on your workload and an agreement with your manager. And to keep your home office running at its best, we’ll contribute to its operation and provide you with all the necessary technology.

Are you a morning person or do you hate getting up? For technical and business positions, we leave it up to you what time you come to work and when you leave. By the end of the month, the number of worked hours just have to work out.

In addition to the company phone number (available for selected positions), you can also take advantage of discounted tariffs with your mobile operator. You can transfer phone numbers to yourself and your family members.
